Policies and Procedures

Appointments:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early before your appointment time. This gives time for paperwork needed to be filled out.

  • You must give 24 hours notice for cancellations.

  • If no 24-hour cancellation notice is provided, a service fee of 50% will be charged for missed spa package appointments to ensure our employees are compensated for time lost.

  • In the case you arrive late for an appointmnet, in order to avoid the inconvinience of clients scheduled after your treatment, your session will still end at the scheduled time and the service will not be pro-rated; full price will still be charged.

  • Service prices do not include gratuity.

  • Double discounts are not permitted.

  • All Sales are final! whether it be services, products, or gift certificates.

  • Please notify staff of all medical conditions, for example pregnancy, high blood pressure, etc. We will not be held responsible for adverse reactions.

  • It is common to completely undress for massages. You are covered the entire time, but if you feel more comfortable you may wear underwear.

  • Please specify if you prefer a male or female therapist when booking Massage appointments.

  • Please make arrangements for your children before you come in for a service as a courtesy to other spa guests that are trying to relax.

  • In order to keep a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for the ultimate spa experience of all guests, phones must be silenced and calls must be taken outside the spa. 

Gift Cards/Certificates:

  • Gift cards/certificates can be purchased by phone, in person, or online.

  • Gift cards/certificates for a dollar amount, service, multiple services, or spa packages are available.

  • Gift cards/certificates are available for mail-out for an additional $2.00 charge each.

  • Gift cards/certificates expire 12 months after date of purchase.

Checks:

There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks

Health Contraindications:

Infrared Sauna , Mud/ Herbal baths, and Steam Showers

  •  Do not exceed 30 minutes for infrared sauna and mud/herbal baths. Do not exceed 15 minutes for steam showers.

Shirodhara Treatment

Though shirodhara is generally a safe treatment, there are instances where it is not beneficial. Because shirodhara casues energy in the body to move in an upward direction, it is important not to use it when energy should be directed in a downward flow. For example:

  • Third trimester in pregnancy

  • Menstruation

  • Lactation

  • Being under the influence of drugs or alchol

  • Rashes of the face, neck, and scalp

  • Recent facial or scalp surgery

  • High aversion to oil

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
