• Seated Massage $1 per minute - 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes
Massage is performed with the client fully clothed, seated on a massage chair, focusing on applying compressions on the back, neck, shoulders and scalp. It is a great "quick fix" for muscle tension, a way to get acquainted with massage, or even a great way to just get a few minutes of relaxation.
• 1/2 Hour Massage $40
Thirty minutes of the massage of your choice, with the exception of Hot Stones and Lava Shell massage. Whether it be Swedish or Deep, a half-hour is a wonderful way to unwind when short on time. Your 30 minutes will consist of upper body work — back, shoulders, neck and scalp — unless another localized area of the body is requested.

Specially designed cold marble stones are strategically placed on facial accupoints to decrease the pressure of dilated blood vessels. Headache relief-specific aromatherapy is also used during the session, in which the cold stones, pressure point massage techniques, light stretching, and relaxing ambiance all help prevent, eliminate, or diminish a headache. • Swedish Massage $60
This is a one hour massage that employs long, flowing strokes to improve circulation and ensure deep relaxation and stress relief. Calming massage techniques will soothe muscles and quiet nerves. The Swedish Massage is a good massage and spa introduction.
• Pregnancy Massage $60
A one hour massage created just for our mothers-to-be. Nestled with pillows into a side-lying position to ensure utmost comfort during the massage, expecting mothers will benefit from the relief of edema; foot, leg, or hand discomforts; and pain in the lower back and hips.
• Deep Tissue $65
Deep Tissue Massage integrates deeper strokes to remove tension and tightness and release muscular adhesions. Neuromuscular therapy will be used for one hour to manipulate muscles into releasing pinched nerves and increase mobility when limited range of motion is encountered. Massage techniques will be uniquely tailored to treat your specific problem areas.

Great for athletic clients or for those who follow a consistent exercise routine. Sports Massage increases the flexibility, mobility and durability of muscles during a workout, as well as enhances peak performance, reduces risk of injury and relieves muscle soreness and stiffness. Sports Massage combines deep tissue with various stretching methods and lasts one hour.

Thai Yoga Bodywork is a sacred one hour healing treatment that integrates yoga, Ayurveda (the Indian healing method that means "science of life") and Buddhism. Thai Yoga Massage is also a form of yoga therapy that combines rhythmic massage, assisted yoga poses, acupressure along energy meridians, joint manipulation, compression techniques, healing energy work and meditation.

This is a great summer massage! Cold damp and refrigerated towels are incorporated into your one-hour swedish or deep tissue massage in order to cool your body temp down from the outside summer heat.
• Hot Towel Massage $75
Hot towels are immersed in essential oils and applied to a full-body swedish or deep tissue massage in order to help release muscle stiffness, promote relaxation, and add a touch of luxury to a one hour therapeutic massage.
• Hot Stones $85
Smooth, heated basalt stones are integrated into the one hour massage and placed on key tension areas of the body. The temperature and energy from the hot stone transmits soothing warmth, combined with the pressure of the massage strokes to loosen stiff muscles. Relieves stress and creates a feeling of well being, balance and a sense of wholeness. An hour and 15 minutes of bliss.
• Lava Shell Massage $85
The one hour procedure is similar to a hot stone massage except the shells stay warm longer, thanks to small heated pouches stashed inside. The shells are transferred to the skin to regulate the skin's natural healing and rejuvenating processes, which promote firmer, healthier looking skin while also reaping all the benefits of a heated massage treatment.

Takes approximately 50 to 60 minutes and includes everything in a basic facial plus an exfoliant and a facial mask designed for your specific skin type. Just like a traditional facial, with the exception that warm seaweed mud paraffin wax will be applied as an additional mask. Don't leave with a partial tretment! Masking without exfoliation and exfoliating without masking is only conquering half the battle.
